Advertised at $75-85 per night, actually $179.00/night! Checked in at midnight, was told by reservation clerk "Bobby" that they would not change for early check-in, was told by argumentative front desk clerk he talked to the Hotel owner who said to charge us anyway! Room had 2 as in ONLY TWO drawers to place clothes in. Too late at night to rebook somewhere else, had to accept the situation. Very rude and curt front desk clerk who isn't exactly a "people person" and treats senior citizens like dirt. Forget asking him (didn't get a name) for help with luggage, you'll do whatever you need to just to get him to stop yelling! It's really a shame this place can't be rated under one
Nice and clean. Front desk staff was super friendly. They didn't get to clean up our room, but we're nice enough to ask if we needed anything. Would stay again

I lost my wedding ring in the room, searched everywhere...staff called me an hour after I checked out and they had found it...i am very impressed with honesty of their staff and the fact that they took the time to dig through the trash to find it for me. I highly recommend the apalachin comfort inn. Very clean and amazing service. Thank you comfort inn for returning my ring to me!
